Applied through American National website after following link via Glassdoor. I was invited to a sit down interview at the corporate office where I met an HR representative, claims specialist lead and hiring manager. A very straightforward interview that lasted 45 minutes where I was asked to describe my background, my interests and for solutions to some hypothetical scenarios.

Awful. It felt more like an interrogation rather than a professional interview. I was asked questions pertaining to a job I had no experience in. I’m not why the guy interviewing felt like he had to ask me that ridiculous question. Huge waste of time.
