The top 100 applicants get invited to a weekend intern process event where you are tested, observed, and interviewed by the employees. In groups, you have to interact with other interns towards different activites.
Great experience. Made me feel welcome. It felt more conversational than it did a questionnaire. Even if you don’t get the job, you’ll still have a great time and get to meet tons of new people.

Three interviews online through microsoft teams after applying online. I applied on team works online. The application process was pretty straight forward and everyone was very informative in my opinion.
