J'ai postulé via un recruteur. J'ai passé un entretien chez American Income Life en déc. 2015

Received a call for the interview one day prior with very limited information about the company and job details. Researched the company and suspected this would be a waste of my time but kept an open mind about it. Upon arriving I felt like this was a cattle call for all unemployed professionals as I took the last available seat in the waiting room. I was called back very quickly and into a small office with one seasoned agent and another "training". The interview process lasted less than five minutes, I asked if this was commission only based and if licensing fees would be taken care of by them. Without answering either question, Evan declares I'm not going to be a good fit and escorted me to the back door.

They contacted me after they saw my resume on Monster for an interview. Round one was an introduction about the company then an interview, which was all about previous occupations and team work. Round Two was after 3 days, where we discussed leadership and motivation.
