You will need to speak to a recruiter and set an appointment for an interview. A manager will give you a brief summary of the position & duties. The manager will ask you some questions to see if it's a good fit for you, if it's something you see yourself doing, your then moved to the next step which will be the company presentation, after that your given an assessment. The manager looks over the assessment, if your chosen you will be called in for a final interview. Then you will need to get your state license by studying and taking the state exam and have your finger prints taken, they do an FBI background check on you also.
