It is a three-part interview process. Begins with a very brief personality interview, to determine one's communication skills and initial likability. Second part is a group presentation, where the job is overviewed very honestly, in a straightforward and blunt manner. It's effective, though. The third part is scheduled on a separate day, and is a one-on-one final interview.
