Applied online and received a phone call the morning after to set up for an interview. I walked in ten minutes early and was met with a friendly face at the receptionist desk. It felt like a comfortable ambiance, but the office was a bit stuffy. There were about five others waiting (supposedly applying for the same position). I filled out a form and was asked for a resume (wise to bring more than one). I completed my form and waited for my name to be called. Within five minutes I was called in and met with someone roughly the same age as me. She asked me basic questions, but was pretty vague about the position. I was told that I was an ideal candidate and that if I could stick around to meet with the exec, but I had to rush somewhere. I was told I would get a call within two days for a follow-up, however, did not get anything back.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
What is one of your biggest accomplishments that sets you apart from others?
They talk more than you do and they take all of your questions in the beginning of the interview and wait until the end to answer them. This isn't really an interview but more of a sales pitch. They are trying to sell you on joining their pyramid model. They want you to become a "manager in training" meaning every sale you make, your manager gets a cut of.. then when you become a manager you have to recruit more people to sell under you. It's ridiculous that they treat this like an interview. They don't care who you are, they just want you to sell so they can make money off of you. The job is also 100% commission, they don't offer base salaries.

Questions about how much money you need to make to pay your bills - so they can try to sell you that you can make that much money

Not at all what I thought the job was. They purposefully hide what the job is until you get there... it’s quite ridiculous and unprofessional. It’s insurance sales... the company tries to market towards people looking for customer service or management positions.

A three-step interview. Had a quick one-on-one, followed by a group interview, followed by another one-on-one. They don't really explain what you do until the last interview. I didn't find out it was a commission only job till the last interview. During the group interview they do an overview of everything and make the job sound amazing due to the money, but it's just another door-to-door sales job at the end of the day. If you're not into sales, don't bother with this company.
