This was a total scam. They contacted me saying that they were a consulting firm looking for someone for "Lussier and Associates" and set up the interview. When I showed up to the address given to me, it was American Income Life, and then they put me through a sales pitch to become an insurance agent - 100% commission, of course, and I would have to pay for licensing fees myself. Rather than sit through the entire spiel with the rest of the hopeless people who had obviously also been duped into showing up, I told them I had something come up and needed to duck out.
They need people so the interview was 30 min and was spent mostly selling the company to me. I was hesitant because of some of the reviews I saw but gave them a shot.

Quick and to the point. Fast hiring process if chosen. Average in difficulty. The interview was informative as well as investigative. Not a high pressure situation but make sure you’re dressed professionally.
