Cattle Call, group interview. They will hire anyone who can pass a background check and fog a mirror. Senior managers get up and do an hour long pitch on how great the company is, how much they care about their people and clients, and how much money you will make. Great honeymoon phase until after training and you become their slave horse.

It was a three step process, first was a one on one, second was a group, and final was one on one. It was like any other interview i had been on for other Insurance companies.

Appointment was made to interview with the hiring manager from a scripted call. I then went into the interview and was asked generic (again scripted) questions "to see if you would qualify for this opportunity".
After "qualifying", was sent into a room with 15 people sitting around a table in a "u" shape. Was pitched how they do business etc....
Was not interested in commission based 100% insurance sales.
