I applied for a new "entry level" position in a new office! When I was contacted for a phone interview they Asked what qualified me for their customer service position..after that 1 question they said that I was qualified. I was then scheduled for an interview the next day. When I got to their "office" it was sparsely furnished. It almost looked like they had a makeshift office to derail any questions and were trying to look legitimate. I was brought into an office and ask a few questions then escorted into a conference room with 2 other people to listen to a "presentation" on the company. The presentation was 1 hour of my life that I'll never get back. The presentation consisted of alot of people saying how they were making upwards of 4000.00 a month but not a whole lot about the actual company (red flag) While the video was playing the manager just seemed disintetested in the process and was busy texting on his phone rather than happy about the recruit class. I may not have gone if they were upfront from the get go.

Pre recorded Video that seemed more like a sales pitch. Looked like the person was reading from a script. They went into the history of the company and it all sounded to good to be true. It is commission based job working from home.

Smooth and very relatable interview. It was more like a seminar or recorded session for all participants.
Nothing special, just an awareness session where you are told what the job is about
