I posted a resume online and was contacted by this company to come in for an interview. After I got there, myself and a group of other people were there in the tiny waiting room. We were each called back to have a pre-interview 1:1. This lasted all of about 2 minutes, and then we were all reunited in a conference room where we were told to fill out a packet of paperwork. We were then given what was basically a sales pitch as to why their company was so great to work for. Then we were taken again for a "1 on 1" interview. This also lasted only two minutes and I was told they would call the next morning to let me know if they wanted me to come back.

At first, they found me through social apps. They keep postponing my interview and I even keep updates and they keep dragging and they won't take any responsibility for the applicants.

Entretien
No notification of this that there would be another candidate in the same interview. Very laid back approach to interview which was great. The interview in total took about 40 minutes and afterwards, they move to next steps right away.
bulk candidate presentation then one on one interview after that with the CEO of the company. you get called by the hiring manager after the interview. mine called back the next monday
