The interviewer was half an hour late and once the interview has actually begun, very little emphasis was placed on my skills, but rather my desire to "give it my all" to the company. Within the 7 step process I was continually told that they were "not sure whether or not I'd be the perfect candidate" and that they are "very selective in who they hire" but somehow at the end, I received an offer. This makes me think that the entire interview process is just for show, which does not send the right message for the company.

The interview went well, I'm just looking for insight on what I'll be walking into starting this job. I had to add a review to be able to see others reviews, I will update as soon as I start.
