J'ai postulé via un recruteur. J'ai passé un entretien chez American Income Life (Daytona Beach, FL) en août 2016

You go through two hiring interviews and then sit with a manager to discuss the open positions. It is just like any other position out there. The questions they ask are pretty basic and you also do a personality quiz to see if your assets match the company's needs. It is a pretty easy process.
J'ai postulé en personne. Le processus a pris 2 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez American Income Life (Fort Myers, FL) en août 2019

Interview is three part process. First, brief interview with someone who is essentially a screener who explains about the company's current needs for independent contractors, significant growth and opportunity. If still interested after the 5-10 minute screening process, you are invited to a 40-45 minute presentation with a managing sales agent. Then, depending upon the interest shown after the presentation, the MSA calls for a third and final interview. All applicants are true independent contractors and expected to bear the expenses of obtaining insurance licenses, using their own computers and phones, etc. From commissions, all independent agents pay all SS taxes (both employer and employee portions) and furnish own employment benefits. Income potential is significant if you do the work and make AIL your career.
