J'ai postulé via une autre source. Le processus a pris 2 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez American Income Life (Minneapolis, MN) en avr. 2016
Entretien
"Four" part "interview"
1. Phone interview (5 minutes of tell me about yourself)
2. In person initial interview (paperwork to be completed before hand. 5 more minutes of tell me about yourself)
3. Group Interview (MORE paperwork before hand. 90 minute speech on the company and what it is they sell)
4. Registration (Yet again even more paperwork before hand. You will pick a date for your test and enroll in the coursework for your education, be ready to have $200 to shell out that day!)

Interview so far was fair, mainly a presentation about the company, in group setting, with a manager 1:1 afterwards. Overall more a discussion than an interview, with a signup to start learning for the licensing exam.

Overview video was watched. Also answered some questions at the end. Once questions are reviewed someone will reach out (if thought to be a good fit ) for a second interview. This part could take anywhere from a few hours to 24 hours. Once on to next step an interview will be conducted via zoom.
You’ll first receive an invitation to watch an introductory video. Then, you’ll be invited to a group presentation. After that, you’ll complete a one-on-one interview with a manager before getting hired.
