I was invited to an interview in which I sat down with a "gatekeeper" recruiter. After five minutes of small talk, she asked if I was available to stay for 45 more minutes for a group interview. At the time I needed to kill an hour, so I agreed; I imagine for people with a busier schedule this would be off putting and inconsiderate. I wish I had not agreed to stay and watch.
The group interview was led by a female agent, who treated the entire group as if we were ignorant children. The position was ambiguously advertised to misdirect applicants into thinking we were being enrolled in a management trainee program, when it was for 100% commission based insurance sales. If you are built for it, Sales is an excellent path; when you're not expecting to encounter it, however, it makes for a poor experience.
The agent giving the presentation went through PowerPoint slides about how amazing the company was, which was more or less business as usual. She made the point of telling us about how good she was at her job, which remained to be seen, and Afterward we were directed to fill out a worksheet that asked us any questions we might have had and was designed to weed out weaker applicants.
I declined to fill it out and thanked the manager, who had been hovering in the background, on my way out. In the parking lot, I overheard a woman who had left a minute or two before me on her cell relating a similar experience to mine.

Total Scam, this is an MLM who pretends to offer a job. Don't do the zoom meeting unless you want to experience the biggest smoke job you have seen lately.

First it was a one on one interview. After that it was a group presentation about the company and if we had any question we liked to ask them about the role or company. Lastly few hiring manager had a interview in the end to get a good idea of the candidate.

Applied initially for a management trainee job for a company with a completely different name and got an email back scheduling an interview. I drive up to the place and go in the building for the interview and see nothing with the name of the company that was mentioned in the job posting.
Had a brief conversation with the hiring person, then was brought back into a conference group with 11 other people. We all sat through a presentation about American Income Life, which was my first time hearing about this company. The job is a 100% commission-based sales job. The job listing had said absolutely nothing about sales OR about insurance! It was very disingenuous.
Got asked to come back for a longer one-on-one interview. I said yes, then went home and did my research on working there. Didn't go back, don't recommend. Save your time.
