Had 3 rounds of interviewing (a 30-min phone followed with two 1-hour panel style on Zoom). I thought everything was moving progressively and they asked for my references along with salary requirements, but then I was ghosted before Thanksgiving. I had to email and found out from an assistant that they chose someone else. Sadly after Thanksgiving break I received a rejection email. Communication was great until they didn’t follow up like they said they would after asking for my references.
