The interview process was pretty straight forward. I applied, got called by a recruiter for a phone interview, had a 1:1 in person interview with the Senior Manager, and then had a 2:1 interview with the Senior Manager and Senior Director. Each interview was fairly easy, with standard questions. If you are interested in this job, make sure to go in with a bubbly personality and positive perspective. Relay For Life experience is preferred but not required.
