Phone screening first, then face to face interview. Best to answer the typical situational questions in STAR format. Truthfully the interview process was so long ago I don't remember very many specifics. They will ask questions about dealing with upset customers and other situations like that.

It was pretty easy. I guess you just need to be lucky and land an interview. I think there was at least two interviews. So good luck! it wasnt bad at all.

Received a message saying “next steps, congratulations and we like to move to the next step, assessment”. Took the confusing timed assessment and within 24 hours BEFORE an interview got another message saying “we have decided to pursue other candidates”. Pretty pathetic an organization would waste my valuable time and make a quick judgment in the helping field with this type of interview setup. Beware to others. Not professional. They missed out on a good professional but I am glad I found this out early about this type of organization.
