J'ai passé un entretien chez American Cancer Society
Entretien
I was contacted via email a few weeks after applying, then set up a phone interview. The interview was really arduous because you could tell the lady was reading off of a script pretty much the entire time. It was not an organic interview, and she asked me specific questions rather than about the scope of my qualifications--had I managed a team of specifically X+ amount of people, had I worked with corporate sponsors, what kinds of affiliations I had with ACS. To be honest, they say they are looking for recent grads but it's pretty rare any younger applicants have this sort of corporate-large scale experience, and they knew this just by looking at my resume. Not to mention, there were these terrible awkward pauses after I answered because I had to wait and listen to the lady type out my responses, no matter how long they were. Just felt very impersonal and really turned me off. After the interview, I definitely didn't feel like one of their best candidates and I never heard back from them anyway, even though they told me they would let me know either way.
