Initially got a short, 5 question phone interview from a supervisor. They were just basic questions about myself and why I wanted to work there. Within a few days they called me back and scheduled a Skype interview. Skype interview took about an hour, nothing out of the ordinary. Laid back, non-stressful.

The Interview process consisted of an initial phone call, followed by a 45 minute phone interview, and then an in house interview with the hiring manager. The in house interview also included a tour of the call center, a side-by-side with an existing employee and the interview itself. Everyone I interacted with was very friendly and clear about the day to day of the job.
