Mostly scenario questions. What would you do in this situation. The interview does not give you a good idea of what the job actually is. The phone interview came after the in person interview which I think was a miscommunication on their end because the phone interviewer was surprised to hear I already had the in person. Kind of unprofessional.

very enjoyable. Two person interview. Very relaxed about what the job entails and questions about how I see the role and what I could bring to it. Spoke about culture at the organization and organizational changes.

Extremely slow. It took 2 months before initial contact was made. Then there were 3 interviews: phone, one on one & group interview. After final interview it took a month before being offered the job

Phone interview with questions relating to job description and talked about details of the position including travel and working odd hours. The interview was set up after I was contacted by email.
