It was a group interview but everyone was just fighting and talking over one another so that they would look like the leader of the group. It was very uncomfortable.

Typically a group interview process followed by an individual interview depending on the amount of applicants and if/when you get through the group stage. Group interview will typically be an activity created by the property management, and the individual interview will be a standard Q&A interview
