After submitting an application, I was asked to submit a video interview where I recorded myself answering a few simple questions. After this, I was invited to a group interview, then after that I had a one-on-one interview with the property manager, which was the final round.

First round is a group interview with team building activities, then invite-only individual behavioral interview asking questions about the position. 20 minutes individual interview with 10 minutes for your questions.

Typically a group interview process followed by an individual interview depending on the amount of applicants and if/when you get through the group stage. Group interview will typically be an activity created by the property management, and the individual interview will be a standard Q&A interview
