The interview consisted of three parts. You first did an online interview where you answered a few questions. Following this was a group interview where are placed with several other applicants to participate in a discussion. Lastly was an onsite interview with the employer where it served as your typical professional interview.

Typically a group interview process followed by an individual interview depending on the amount of applicants and if/when you get through the group stage. Group interview will typically be an activity created by the property management, and the individual interview will be a standard Q&A interview
