Overall process was fine but employees gave me the run around and seem sexist. Seems as if they only hire caucasian females and no males.. We did a group activity and in order for another interview, you should really stand out and voice your opinion.

First round is a group interview with team building activities, then invite-only individual behavioral interview asking questions about the position. 20 minutes individual interview with 10 minutes for your questions.

Typically a group interview process followed by an individual interview depending on the amount of applicants and if/when you get through the group stage. Group interview will typically be an activity created by the property management, and the individual interview will be a standard Q&A interview
