Interview process was not as intimidated as I thought it would be. It took place in Dallas this past Wednesday October the 14 in fact if any of the candidates I interview with read this feel free to add me on Facebook Annette Rayas. So the interview process was simple took about 3 hours overall they call us all into a room we did a little fun exercise to break the ice. The whole time recruiters are watching you then we had a five minute break then it was time for the face to face interview in groups of five only three questions were asked all customer service common sense but you get nervous so you gotta be ready to sound confident and eloquent because it is all based on those three questions and how easily and confident you answer them. Afterwards you go back to the room with everyone else and you watch a short presentation of benefits and what not of being a FA. Then they start calling your name one by one if you get you finger prints done that means you got an offer but if they just escort you to the front and tell you they will send you an email with the results you DID NOT get an offer. I did not get an offer it was my first time interviewing also I had a really bad cold I basically just went for the experience I felt terrible and just wanted to go home sleep off my cold anyway I will try again and anyone who does not get an offer my advise to you is the same dont give up dont get discourage and keep your head up. It does not matter if takes one twice or 10 times right?? If you really want it you keep trying unless you change your mind right? Best of luck to anyone planning for an interview.
