J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez American Airlines (Dallas, TX) en mars 2023

The process itself was pretty standard. I’m not a fan of their whole escorting groups thing. It is extremely humiliating. The secret has been out and everyone knows what happens to those first few groups to be escorted. And then to add salt to the wounds, they offer false hope to those who are escorted in the first groups. I witnessed some of the best interviewees in my session be the first ones to be called. My mood immediately changed. I was given an offer, but I didn’t feel right getting it after what I saw those interviewers do. I have been to multiple interviews and have been successful at most. I have never seen anything like this at any other interview. When it was time to buckle down and pick which offer I wanted to go with, that experience played a huge role in why I did not choose American.
