After you applied and get congratulations letter moving to next step, start with phone interview then face to face should be around 3-4 weeks. Most of the questions asking about behaviour and how you can handling stressful situations.

Applied, received an instant email that I was moving forward. Then received confirmation of my zoom interview. Since I was interviewing for my current station, it was a camera off interview. Was in interview with 2 other interviewees. Questions were much behavioral based from categories off the 5 Pillars AA stands on, Caring, Collaboration, Development, Results and Future. There was no real structure to the interview, first person that spoke answered. didn't feel professional enough.

How do you handle conflicting perspectives in your work environment.
Very interpersonal and great communication very professional, it last longer than expected but didn't mind because myself an the interview vibed very well and made me feel very comfortable and free to answer all questions in an open space kind of environment
