I filled out the application online back in December. I got a notice two weeks later saying they received my application but with the "overwhelming response" it might be a while before they reviewed it. About two months later in late January/early Feb I got another email saying that they reviewed my application and wanted to conduct an online interview. The interview was done via webcam and a recorded voice acting as an "interviewer." About two weeks later, they said that I have been moved up to the next process of screening which required me to resend my online application with updated information in order to schedule me for an in-person interview.
