Entretien
Applied online in October 2013. Video interview with Kevin in early November then flown to Dallas late November for face to face. Face to face was a series of interviews. The first set was everyone getting to know one another yadda, yadda, yadda. Then the second set was a smaller group interview with more questions (mix of personal and work related). Afterwards everyone gathered back together and we were all called one by one and you were either escorted to the bus or for a one on one interview and finger printing. I made it to finger printing and by early December I received a contingent job offer. Had my medical in January and failed! They rescinded my offer! So it goes! :-) It was a good experience, I would not recommend it for an impatient friend, since I do think the process takes longer than it should.

Applied online took assessment test online one week later received email for a video interview. Taking my video interview today. Any advice from anyone who has gone through the process?!
Video group interview then in person with 40 other applicants. Asked behavioral questions and personality questions. The video interview lasted about 30-45 minutes. Then the in person was a whole day process.

3. In person interview - a lot of ppl with eyes on you. Dress professionally.
4. 6 week training -very hard, but be a good study/test taker
