J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 7 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez American Airlines (Miami, FL) en sept. 2013
Entretien
after i applied for the position i recieved an email that american would first conduct a brief phone interview "phase 1"
the interview went well and 5 ours later i recieved an email that i was accepted to proceed to the domestic codes test and f2f interview i recieved 4 more email with the codes that i needed to study as well as nice reminders and tips for the interview preparedness very helpful
on my day of testing and f2f the recruits were friendly prepared and informative i passed the test then did a group interview with 4 others
we were told we would here by that following monday by email if we were accepted or rejected if accepted we needed to confirm and choose which training class we wanted to attend
training starts on oct 21 apparently the recruits are still deliberating and i still sit waiting with only six business days til the training
i really want this position but how dod i give 2 weeks notice and be able to commit to the forty hour a week training if i get called or should i withdraw.... how would aa feel if they were my current employer and i give them less then 2 weeks would they look at me badly or is this a thing all companies do:?\
