Filled out an online application on the AA website. Received a phone call setting up for an interview. There were two of us at the interview. Asked questions: what does work ethic mean to you, what is hospitality and describe an experience you had with great hospitality, how do you solve problems. I wasn't as prepared as the other candidate.
