BEFORE the VI, it asks you the following multiple choice questions:
1. How many years of customer service experience do you have?
2. Are you able to adhere to their professional appearance policy?
3. Do you possess the legal right to travel unrestricted to/from all countries that are serviced by American Airlines?
4. Are you willing to move to your newly assigned crew base immediately following training?
5. Please select any and all languages you speak fluently, read, write and understand.
The On Demand Video Interview
This allows you to take a practice video that is not saved to test your mic and camera. You can retake this practice as many times as you wish, BUT once you click Begin.....it begins and there is no stopping. It does give you plenty of time to prepare (60 seconds) and answer (3 mins).
It will voice the question twice, then the clock automatically gives you 60 seconds to think of your answer, then it automatically begins recording (mine had a little delay from the end of the 60 seconds to the beginning of the 3 minutes, so look for the clock to say 3:00 and then state your answer). There are 6 Questions.

Entretien
The video interview had about 30 people. The first round everyone was asked the same question, and the second round each person was asked their own individual question. There were two interviewers so that one person was asking the questions and the other was taking notes.
