Informal phone interview with team leader. He was cordial and professional, loved my work history, and even lived nearby. He was interested in someone with more test kitchen experience. Unfortunately, I had to contact him several times to hear if he was interested in me for the role, instead of him just emailing me to say so.

I met with 5 different people in a row (2.5 hours total) that all asked similar questions. I also received a tour of the facility. Overall the interview seemed longer than it needed to be and none of the interviewers seemed to discuss with one another what they were going to ask.
