Called and Set up an interview, Simple Process, Scheduled and met with the general manager. Resume was sent via internet and reviewed before they call me, I met them at the local office

Wanted to know about my project management experience and leading other people and teams. Also wanted to know about my time management and budgeting skill.

Went through a couple interviews and personality tests in order to get the job. They value personality more then anything. A degree in construction helps as well. Overall interview process was a great experience.
