Interview session begins with a presentation on what to expect. Then everyone breaks into groups to be interviewed by America Reads and Counts tutors. Interview is easy. I was asked behavioral questions.

The interview process was very relaxed. I filled out the work study application, brought it in, and was interviewed. I was then placed at a school in about 2 weeks.

I was asked how much, and what kind, of experience I have working with children. I was asked what inspired me to consider tutoring and what my long term goals were.

Very quick and efficient interview with the director. Brief interview that was filled with room for growth and opportunity. I would recommend anyone seeking to have an entry job to work with children.
