Contacted by a recruiter after about 2 weeks of application. Was given loads of information as if I had already gotten the job. Was fairly misled and was promised an interview with 4 of the mission leads. The recruiter failed to schedule the teams meeting correctly and I was informed I would only meet with 2 of the team now. Upon arrival only 1 member of the team was available and they were not the decision makers for the role. I was not asked any questions, instead they read the job description to me and spent 15mins trying to find the other interviewer and another 15mins trying to get the computer to connect to the in-room projector screen. This person did not have any interview questions for me at all. Whole process took nearly 6 weeks of extremely delayed email responses only to be turned down with no feedback.
