The interview process started with the talent team in the initial interview process. Next was a meeting with the other PMs and maybe a site leader or two. Finally was an interview with director level leaders

Walk me through a project plan that you have used in the past?
It was a simple and straightforward process since I was referred in by someone I worked with. HR screening, then hiring manager and senior executive interviews. Everyone was really nice and the whole thing was very straightforward. Great experience.

Teams interview. We went through the company, the role and what their week would look like each month. It gave a great insight before going in to the actual interview and lightened the mood. You were able to be yourself.
