Essentially a resume overview, basic questions about your experience, and why you made the engineering choices you did. Some technical details about specific FEA software (ANSYS, FEMAP, Nastran). This is not for all positions interviewed here, but the test branch team I interviewed for asked me to share my screen to walk through my CAD and FEA work.

Efficient process. There is a one and done online interview with basic interview questions. The interview is done with the manager and a couple other engineers. As long as you practice the common interview questions you should be good.
