It starts out with a recruiter reaching out to confirm preferences and eligibility. First interview was virtual with a senior banker. Moved to the 2nd round which was in person and interviewed 3 other managers. Everything was great with no problems. They care more about your fit in the team rather than your technical skills. Know the bank well and why you want to be with them showing commitment.
