My initial interactions were with a recruiter. Discussed salary with him. A couple weeks later I had my actual interview with the location I was applying for. One interview via teams. A few questions about experience. Then spoke back with the recruiter to negotiate the details. The process was about three weeks.

Entretien
First interview was a phone screen with the regional recruiter, and then was brought in for an in-person interview with the director of rehab. Fairly straightforward interview with your standard questions. I was told that I would be their candidate and move forward. The position was ultimately relisted with a wider service area. I have followed up with one email and one phone call to the regional recruiter, both of which have gone unanswered. I cannot in good faith recommend applying with Amedisys, it was ultimately a waste of my time and very unprofessional of them to ghost potential candidates. I was offered and accepted another position elsewhere.

Entretien
Simple interview with director or clinical manager after working with a recruit from Amedisys to negotiate salary expectations and set up interview. The Amedisys recruiter was very helpful in connecting me with the care center.
