The interview process was very professional and a great experience. I first met with the VP of Talent Acquisition and followed by a second interview with our Senior Director of Clinical Recruitment. I met several key individuals on the TA team where I got to know them a little better.

Question 1
Why did I want to work for Amedisys and specifically in Home Health.
Recruiter asked ME to call them for my initial phone screening. I called them at the instructed time. It sounded like the recruiter's background was very distracting filled with loud noises in an office. So distracting, I could not hear some of her questions clearly so I asked her to repeat some of her questions. But they were very useless questions as she only asked me to tell her about myself and why did I leave my X role.
It was a terrible experience. Corporate recruiter interrupted me many times while I was responding to her questions. Sighed loudly as I was speaking. Told me to choose a different answer because I'd used the same on a different question. When I inquired about the role and company, she had no valuable information to provide. Did not follow up with me, and when I asked about my status as candidate, did not respond. Terrible first impression of what I believed to be excellent company and opportunity.
