Basic Aptitude, SQL and UNIX. They will expect you to be expert in UNIX and SQL even though the regular work wont need that much knowledge. Technical Round will have basic questions on previous projects nothing tough. HR was simple and direct without negitiation

Interview was quite good and easy. Simple technical questions. Interview process was not long. The interview process was very easy and smooth. High experienced in customer service. Achieved friendliness to ensure customer satisfaction. Use of numerous skills to train and lead others. Good work ethic.

Good experience with Interview, There were 3 Rounds in total 1 TR, 1 MR and 1 HR round each of 30 minutes. There were 2 interviewers in the Tech round.
