Hiring happend in my college. First was a test which was fairly easy. then a small technical round where they asked me some swap function difference between java and c++ and some data base query depending on my project. Second round was a group discussion on social netwoking.All this was in 2009

First round with HR to know current assignment. If it fits the requirement then technical round with hiring manager. If selected then last round with HR for negotiations. once it is done one can get the call to join at the earliest.

They are conducting the Fake drives. Recently they had recruitment drive in Gurgaon for Pune location for C++ profile. First selection process was Aspiring Minds Amcat test. Second test was 1:1 face to face round. In second round they had 31 persons shortlisted but none them was selected for the job profile. I had answered every question asked in the interview despite that i did not received the call nor did anyone of the other person. At least they should mail all interviewees there status of the interview. The HR system of your company is entirely useless.
