Went for the Online test on weekend and got confirmation on tuesday that test got cleared and ask for interview on week days. I went through 2 rounds of interview,first was more on understanding about the testing baseline (types,SDLC,Defect management,Traceability matrix,Unix cmds,Project ,roles). Second was more on Java,J units,Logics,puzzles) Got the offer after one week. Compensation was good

First round is HR screening call, second round will be technical where you will be asked for questions related to your current role and some technical questions and last will be managerial round. Overall just read the job description and prepare accordingly.
