I interviewed with the entire Leadership Team. There was a member from Safety, Operations, Supply Chain, Accounting, HR, Maintenance and the Plant Manager. I spent about half a day in the facility and took a tour of the plant floor.

I received a Dear John e mail that included a statement about contacting them with any additional questions. I asked for feedback as to why I was not chosen and was g ghosted.
