Initial phone screening first with a recruiter asking basic questions (start date, expected salary, etc). The recruiter can then move you onto the next phase of interviews with members of the team you will be working on. I had 4 interviews - approx. 30-45 mins each. First with the director you would be working for, second and third with members of the team you would be working on, and fourth with the HR director. All interviews were more of getting to know you as a person/to see if you would be a good fit for the team, besides the HR director, who was more about setting a salary/benefits.
