Entretien
recruiter connected to me on linkedin and I followed up. On my first and only talk with them was with HR, and they mentioned that they had couple of positions to me that met my skills and experience.
We moved then to talk in English, (none of us were native speakers) and I was asked to talk about my experience. They asked me for my salary expectations and then I gave one based on my last ones.
Then HR team mentioned that they would think if I would be aligned with team culture and would get back to me at most after 7 days.
On the next day, they came back informing that I wasn't selected because "someone better match for them".
I suspect I might have been above their pay grade as the entries in Glassdoor suggest they lowball significantly.

Entretien
O processo foi tranquilo. Tive uma entrevista inicial com RH, bem rápida pra me conhecer e conhecer a empresa. Após, foi agendada a etapa de System Design onde dois desenvolvedores me entrevistaram, passando um e-commerce mockado e me pedindo como eu desenvolveria ele. Durante a minha fala, eles faziam também algumas perguntas, mas tudo de forma bem clara e tranquila.

Como voce projetaria esse e-commerce? De que forma voce faria esse botao, etc.
First call with recruiter, I was explained everything and also clarifyed anything that I asked. After one week, first part of the technical interview, the intervier asked a few question taking into account an application design. Second part is a bit more techinical, and unfortunatelly I wasn't approved.
