Recruiters & Managers are very fast, reply the next day & able to schedule interviews within the week. 3-stage interview - Recruiter -> Manager -> Director Transparent in sharing how the role & day to day looks like, would give you feedback based on your interview performance. Would also advise you during the interview to help you understand whether you're a fit for the role too. Looks into your mindset & motivation in joining the recruitment industry and this role. The only reason didn't accept the offer is because I had another offer that was even better, but the offer they provided at the last stage of the interview was better than the general market rate for a person new to the industry.

Very thorough. more than one interview with more senior people each time. Was in depth but perhaps a bit over the top for a fairly entry level position. Nice company though and people were friendly and driven
