~5 hours of interviews with various VPs/team members, over 2 weeks. Various red flags in terms of poor role definition, miscommunication with 3rd party talent acquisition/ HR person. I was flexible with them on accommodating a short notice interview with a new VP, who I later found out was actually going to be the new hiring manager for the role (would have been helpful to know that). Received an offer, apparently the salary band had also been reduced halfway through the hiring process (what a waste of time for everyone involved). Would not give me information on other parts of the offer (basic equity info) to get total comp as I was still interested, and became rather pushy in getting me to accept the offer without that information over the course of two days. Went unresponsive for 24 hours, during which time I discovered they had already reposted the position on linked in. Very unprofessional, disrespectful and huge waste of time. Cannot recommend this company unfortunately--they couldn't navigate the hiring process without it becoming a complete mess. Can't imagine what working for them would be like.
