Recruiting provided detailed documentation about the process and helped to prepare for the interviews effectively. Multiple interviews were organized in a sequence for one day. This made the whole process efficient and fast. Most interviewers invested energy to be inclusive, transparent and supportive. Overall, it was one of the most professional interview process I have ever experienced.

First round is 90 minutes of virtual interview to ask about the technical questions, project experience and some questions are related to AWS behaviour principles. If first round is passed, second round will be a series of back-to-back interviews from different teams
